Libya's National Transitional Council has finalised a new cabinet line-up after more than a month of uncertainty, Al Jazeera has learned.<br /><br />The new cabinet, decided on Sunday, will keep some prominent figures in place and add new names to key positions, though not all the members have been identified.<br /><br />Tribes from across the country have been meeting in al Baida, in the east of Libya, to thrash out their differences. <br /><br />Al Jazeera's Sue Turton reports from al Baida
