Libya's new leaders have expressed concern over reports the International Criminal Court (ICC) is negotiating with Saif al-Islam, the fugitive son of former leader Muammar Gaddafi. <br /><br />The ICC is reportedly working on a deal for Saif al-Islam to surrender and be tried for war crimes in The Hague, Netherlands. <br /><br />Libyan officials, however, hope to capture Gaddafi's on and put him on trial in Tripoli. <br /><br />Al Jazeera's Hashem Ahelbarra reports from Tripoli.
