Syria's President Bashar al-Assad says foreign powers risk damaging the whole region if they intervene in his country.<br /><br />Speaking to a British journalist, he said any interference would cause an "earthquake", and could create another Afghanistan.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Dorsa Jabbari reports.
