At least nine people are reported killed and dozens wounded in the latest clashes between government forces and tribesmen in Yemen.<br /><br />Those killed on Wednesday in the central city of Taiz included pro-opposition fighters and civilians.<br /><br />The fighting came as Yemen's state media again reported President Ali Abdullah Saleh may be close to stepping down.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Charles Stratford reports.
