Greek television is reporting that its Prime Minister George Papandreou is about to offer his resignation.<br /> <br />He's facing calls from the opposition and within his own party to quit - so that a new coalition government can be formed. <br /> <br />They're unhappy about his plan to call a referendum on a Eurozone bailout for Greece.<br /> <br />Papandreou is in Athens for an emergency cabinet meeting, one day ahead of a make-or-break confidence vote.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Jonah Hull in Athens says Papandreou is in a difficult position.
