Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez has delegated some powers to his vice president and finance minister while out of the country seeking medical treatment.<br /><br />On Saturday, the country's National Assembly unanimously approved Chavez's request to travel to Havana for medical care. <br /><br />Due to treatment, Chavez has not yet set a return date.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Imran Khan reports.
