Authorities in Serbia have arrested the last alleged major war crimes fugitive following the bloody break-up of the former Yugoslavia.<br /><br />Goran Hadzic was seized in northern Serbia, early on Wednesday, at a meeting with a man who was delivering money to him in a forest.<br /><br />Officials say that he had dramatically changed his appearance and was armed, but did not resist arrest.<br /><br />He is now being questioned at the war crimes court in the country's capital, Belgrade - a key step towards his extradition to the tribunal in The Hague.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Barnaby Phillips reports from Vukovar.
