War crimes suspect Goran Hadzic has declined to enter a plea at the UN's tribunal in The Hague.<br /><br />The former Croatian Serb general is facing fourteen charges related to the Balkans War, including murder, torture and persecution.<br /><br />He now has thirty days to enter a plea.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Emma Hayward reports from The Hague.
