Britain has decided to expel Libya's diplomats, stating that it recognises the rebel National Transitional Council as the sole representative of the Libyan people.<br /><br />Embassy staff in London have been given a period of time within which to either leave the country or, possibly, defect. <br /><br />The UK has also unfrozen about $150 million in oil assets for use by the NTC, temporarily relieving an acute cash crunch in the rebel stronghold of Benghazi.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Barnaby Phillips reports from London.
