Norwegian police have revised up the number of people killed in last week's massacre - it was thought that 76 people had been killed but the latest list provided by police contains 77 names.<br /><br />Prosecutors have appointed two psychiatrists to assess whether the man responsible is fit to stand trial.<br /><br />And while police build a case, a pastor and imam united for the first funeral of Anders Breivik's victims.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Harry Smith reports from Oslo.
