Aid groups are appealing for more funds to manage the famine in Somalia.<br /><br />Five regions have been declared famine regions in Somalia thus far. And, the UN says six more regions in the country are likely to be declared famine zones within weeks.<br /><br />Mohammed Ali Hassan is the chairman of the Somali American Peace Council.
