Police in London say they have arrested 160 people over a weekend of riots and looting sparked by the fatal shooting of a man by police. <br /><br />The unrest is still ongoing, with a group throwing stones at the police in the last hour.<br /><br />The unrest began in the north London neighbourhood of <br /><br />Tottenham, on Saturday following the killing of a black man by British police. It spread to nearby Enfield and Brixton on Sunday night.<br /><br />However, politicians say neither racial tensions, nor poverty, justify the riots and vandalism that have followed the killing.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Barnaby Phillips, reporting from Brixton, says that the vandals seem young. "[Just] teenagers getting their kicks".
