Sochi will spend 8 times more than Vancouvers outlay on Olympics construction. Members of the International Olympic Committee are due to arrive in Sochi on Monday, to assess preparations for the 2014 Winter Games. The construction of the Olympic venues is expected to be completed by the end of 2012, enabling assessment during smaller sporting events prior to the Winter Olympics.
