Florida police are led on a high speed car chase in Miami.<br/> <br />Aerial video shows the driver crashing his car into a chain link fence near a highway off ramp.<br/> <br />The driver then jumps over the fence as police fire shots at him.<br/> <br />At least three other people were pulled from the car and forced to the ground.<br/> <br />The driver has been taken to hospital, although his condition is unknown.
