Syrian police have arrested a documentary filmmaker who has campaigned for human rights.<br /><br />Friends of Orwa Nyrabia have told the Reuters news agency he was detained before boarding a plane to Cairo.<br /><br />Police have also reportedly arrested actor Mohammad Omar Oso.<br /><br />The government's crackdown on those suspected of being sympathetic to the opposition has also forced many in the arts community into exile.<br /><br />Al Jazeera’s Jane Ferguson reports from Amman, Jordan.
