Northern Kenya is facing a severe drought for the second year running, leaving thousands in danger and doctors fearing many deaths due to malnutrition.<br /><br />The Red Cross says that several people have already died of starvation this year.<br /><br />The last 12 months have been the driest in the Horn of Africa for more than 15 years.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Catherine Soi reports from Wajir, in Kenya's northeast.
