Another round of finger-pointing has begun between Russia and Poland over an air crash that killed the Polish President last year.<br /><br />A Polish report released last Friday claimed Russian air traffic control contributed to the crash, which killed 95 people, including top Polish military and political figures. <br /><br />But Russia is again refuting those accusations, insisting the Polish pilots and crew were to blame.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Neave Barker reports from Moscow.
