It is now raining in parts of Somalia for the first time in years, a time when crucial crops should be planted.<br /><br />But farmers are among the hundreds of thousands of displaced people in Mogadishu, the capital.<br /><br />Many fear going back because of a lack of money and security, with the armed group al-Shabab now controlling many of the areas from where they had fled.<br /><br />Without a harvest, the Somali people will continue to rely on outside help for years to come.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Nazanine Moshiri reports from Mogadishu.
