Ireland's government will announce what it hopes will be the toughest budget of its five year term.<br /><br />Prime Minister Enda Kenny revealed the country is spending $21 billion a year more, than what it is bringing in - more than 10 per cent of the budget.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Lawrence Lee reports from Dublin, the capital of Ireland.
