The deadline for the United States' troops to withdraw from Iraq is just three weeks away, and the military is closing down bases across the country.<br /><br />It has now closed down all but five of what were once more than 500 bases.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Jane Arraf reports from Camp Adder, one of the last remaining camps, as it is being dismantled.
