Dozens of people were killed in Syria on Friday as anti-government protests were held in many cities, activists say.<br /><br />Activists dubbed Friday a "Dignity Strike" and had hoped to stage a mass display of civil disobedience.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Khadija Magardie reports.
