Russia has been rocked by protests triggered by Prime Minister Vladimir Putin's United Russia's win of parliamentary elections amid allegations of ballot stuffing.<br /><br />Putin has acccuses US secretary of state Hillary Clinton of instigating the protests, saying she set the tone when she said that her country's criticism of the vote was well-founded.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Rosiland Jordan reports from Washington.
