A state governor in Mexico has fired his top security officials after accusations that police killed two students during protests on Monday.<br /><br />Guerrero state police cracked down on protesting students who called on the governor to appoint a new director for their teacher's school. More than a dozen people were injured, and 24 protesters arrested.<br /><br />As Al Jazeera's Franc Contreras reports from Mexico City, for some, it is an ugly reminder of the notorious crackdown on student protesters in the 1960s.
