The search of the cruise ship grounded off the coast of Italy has been suspended after another setback.<br /><br />Divers looking for the 21 passengers still missing from the Costa Concordia have had to stop after the ship's position shifted.<br /><br />The vessel is grounded on rocks off the island of Giglio, but there are fears that it could slip off the shelf if it continues to move.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Paul Brennan reports from Giglio.
