Scientists say a thick haze of soot, carbon emissions and smog hovering over South Asia is causing deadlier cyclones and storms.<br /><br />Known as the 'Atmospheric Brown Cloud', it is also being blamed for the poor health of those living beneath it. <br /><br />Al Jazeera's Prerna Suri reports from the central Indian state of Uttar Pradesh.
