Syria's President Bashar al-Assad has ordered a referendum on a new draft constitution, to be held in less than two weeks. <br /><br />It could allow for a multi-party parliament and shorter presidential terms but opposition figures have already rejected the announcement, saying Assad must step down. <br /><br />They question how people will be expected to vote when they are facing daily attacks by government troops.<br /><br /> Al Jazeera's Zeina Khodr report from neighbouring Lebanon.
