Clashes between police and protesters are intensifying in Chile's isolated and picturesque Patagonia region. <br /><br />Demonstrations are entering their second week, with people rebelling against what they consider to be decades of neglect and abuse by the Chilean state.<br /><br />Protesters are refusing to back down until the government agrees to their demands for higher minimum wages, and improvements to health care and education. <br /><br />Lucia Newman reports from the province of Aysen.
