Bolivia, one of the poorest countries in South America, has launched a government campaign to improve the lives of its rural population.<br /><br />Children from the country's impoverished mountain region, are benefiting from state-funded Christmas aid to help equip them for a better future.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Tom Ackerman reports.
