Hong Kong prepares to select its new man in charge on Sunday.<br /><br />It is part of an arrangement with China known as "one country, two systems", giving the city semi-autonomy from Beijing.<br /><br />But with only 12 hundred people eligible to vote in a city of 7 million, residents are calling for a bigger say.<br /><br />Melissa Chan reports from Hong Kong
