Protests by football fans in the Egyptian city of Port Said have turned deadly, after at least one person was killed in violent clashes with the police.<br /><br />Thousands of fans of the al-Masry football club, which has been handed a two-year ban from taking part in the Egyptian football league for the behaviour of its fans during a violent riot last month, held a protest against the decision late on Friday and into Saturday.<br /><br />A teenage boy was killed last night in the clashes with police, and dozens more were injured. <br /><br />Al Jazeera's Paul Rhys reports.
