Luis Moreno-Ocampo, the chief prosecutor for the International Criminal Court, spoke to Al Jazeera about the video footage showing Sudan's Ahmed Harun urging soldiers to "take no prisoners" in Southern Kordofan.<br /><br />Ocampo said the video confirmed a pattern of behaviour from Ahmed Harun, who has already been indicted by the International Criminal Court (ICC) for crimes against humanity in Darfur.
