Protesters in Argentina have clashed with riot police outside the British embassy on the 30th anniversary of the Falklands war.<br /><br />Argentina claims the British-ruled islands in the South Atlantic Ocean, and calls it Malvinas.<br /><br />Cristina Fernandez Kirchner, the Argentine president, has recently stepped up a diplomatic offensive against Britain.<br /><br />Her government has tried to get the backing of Latin American nations in its claim and has also tried to take economic measures to isolate the Falkland Islands.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Teresa Bo reports from the capital, Buenos Aires.
