A female suicide bomber has detonated her explosives in Somalia's newly reopened national theatre. <br /><br />A Somali government spokesperson told Al Jazeera that at least four people were killed and an unknown number were injured.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Peter Greste says the Somali government does not have the policing capacity to really maintain security within Mogadishu.
