Residents struggle with nuclear past in Siberian village

Sixty years after radioactive waste was dumped in a river in southwest Siberia, local residents are still suffering.<br /><br />The Russian government says a resettlement programme to move more than 100 villages has been completed. But residents say money that should have been used to re-house them has been stolen.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Charles Stratford has the second of his special reports from the Chelyabinsk region.
