Al Jazeera's Anita McNaught, who just returned from the Syrian province of Idlib, says government's military operation in the country's northwest continues.<br /><br />She says that while some areas in the province have experienced a lull in fighting, Idlib city has not.<br /><br />Residents there continue to live in fear and the casualties continue to mount, she says.<br /><br />McNaught sent us this report from the Turkish city of Antakya near the border with Syria.
