Mexico's lower house of congress has approved a bill to compensate victims of drug crime.<br /><br />Some 50-thousand people have been killed in the drugs war in the past 6 years.<br /><br />Families of victims will be eligible for payments up to 73-thousand dollars.<br /><br />Franc Contreras reports from Mexico City.
