As many as four out every 1,000 babies worldwide are born with cerebral palsy.<br /><br />It is a condition that affects brain development and leaves people struggling with co-ordination.<br /><br />A study using nanotechnology suggests it may be possible to dramatically improve the condition.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Caroline Malone reports.
