Make sure that when you choose, the name should be something that can be easily marketed to your industry and build brand awareness. <br />Make sure the name you are choosing has not yet been taken by searching the LLC Name Database.<br />2 Download Articles of Organization. - This is the official form for applying for an LLC in Texas. Completely fill in this form either on your computer or printed out in black ink. <br />Pay $300 filing fee.<br />Send the Articles of Organization along with the filing fee to the following address: Secretary of State P.O. Box 13697, Austin, Texas 78711-3697<br />3 Wait for documents. - You will have to wait for your LLC to process at the State for approximately 5 to 10 business days.
