Fighting has again broken out between government troops and army mutineers in the Democratic Republic of Congo. <br /><br />The mutineers are former rebels who were incorporated into the national army under a peace treaty in 2009. <br /><br />General Bosco Ntaganda is accused of leading a rebellion that has led to the current crisis in the Democratic Republic of Congo. <br /><br />Al Jazeera's Nazanine Moshiri reports.
