Malaysia internet law stirs free speech fears

A law targeting internet users in Malaysia is creating new concerns about freedom of expression in the Southeast Asian nation.<br /><br />The law will make owners of computers, forums or websites liable for what is published under their name.<br /><br />The government says the law will help to curb online slander and defamation, but opposition groups say the government is trying to control the freedoms of cyberspace.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Harry Fawcett reports from Kuala Lumpur.
