A proposed pipeline to transport oil to Canada's western coast is facing opposition from environmentalists and the native population.<br /><br />They say the plan will result in oil tankers clogging narrow waterways, as well as an increased risk of oil spills. <br /><br />Al Jazeera's Rob Reynolds reports from Hartley Bay in British Columbia.
