Deadly thunderstorms have knocked out power to millions of people in the eastern United States. 13-people died in storm related incidents. The worst hit areas include Washington, DC, Virginia, West Virginia, and Ohio, all of which have declared state-wide emergencies. Tom Ackerman reports.
