Barclays boss Bob Diamond and another member of his top team have quit their posts amid the growing rate-rigging scandal.<br /><br />The Chief executive fell on his sword just a day after the chairman announced his intention to resign. <br /><br />Now the hunt is on for his successor. <br /><br />But the entire banking industry will be watching closely his appearance before politicians on Wednesday. <br /><br />Al Jazeera Laurence Lee reports from London.
