Russia's lower house of parliament has passed a bill which could severely limit the activities of pressure groups and charities. <br /><br />If it becomes law, organisations which receive oversees funding have to declare themselves foreign agents. <br /><br />It is aimed at pro-democracy groups which accept grants from organisations like the European Union. <br /><br />Al Jazeera's Jonah Hull reports from Moscow.
