NATO: Afghan army still ineffective

One of the main challenges facing Afghanistan's army is the withdrawal of foreign forces from the country.<br />NATO commanders are finding it difficult to get the Afghans to create an efficient system to keep the military well supplied. The Afghan Army says it carries out 70% of the operations out of this base on its own now, and when coalition forces eventually pull-out they'll leave behind them just two or three small advisory teams. But what foreign commanders need is a dramatic improvement in logistics if they're to have a chance to hold on to the security gains that have been made here.<br />Al Jazeera's Bernard Smith reports from Nimroz province, Afghanistan.
