Whether your name is for a local shop or for a national marketing effort, chances are you will take great consideration for what you will choose. If you need help making sure that your name has not already been taken, you should check to see if it has already been registered in the Montana LLC Database.<br />2 Montana Articles of Organization. - You will need to download this form or print it out to fill in. If you do not completely understand the form and the questions being asked then you should seek legal advice. <br />Filing Fee. - You must add a check in the amount $70 made payable to the 'Montana Secretary of State' in order for your LLC to process.<br />Expedited Service. - If you add $20 you will have your order processed within 24 hours.
