Follow the steps and pay the filing fee of $600.<br />4 Paper. - Download the Illinois Articles of Organization. Fill-out the form and submit with a $500 check payable to the Illinois Secretary of State and send to:<br />Department of Business Services, Limited Liability Division, 501 S.
