Armenia has broken off diplomatic ties with Hungary over its decision to send home an Azeri army officer convicted of murdering an Armenian soldier.<br /><br />Gurgen Markarian was killed with an axe by Ramil Saforov when they were both undergoing NATO training in Hungary.
