After 13 years in office, Venezuela's President Hugo Chavez is running for re-election again in October.<br /><br />But aside from accusations of corruption and meddling in the armed forces, he is also facing a housing crisis, caused by poverty and landslides two years ago.<br /><br />Although the government is investing billions of dollars in housing for many it is an excercise that is taking far too long.<br /><br />Al Jazeer's Adam Raney has more from Caracas.
