The United Nations says it will move its planned refugee camp in Iraq's al-Anbar province further away from the Syrian border.<br /><br />An official with the UN refugees agency told Al Jazeera this measure is meant to protect those fleeing the violence.<br /><br />Iraq announced it was opening its borders with Syria on Monday, but so far, only a handful of refugees have arrived. <br /><br />Al Jazeera's Jane Arraf reports from the northern Iraqi city of Erbil.
